Absolutely! We offer a simple self-check-in process for late arrivals. Just send us the following before your arrival:

1. National ID (Thai guests) or passport copies (international guests) for everyone in the booking.
2. A signed guest agreement.

Yes, but we require guests to inform reception at check-in if they plan to check out early.

For early check-outs, the security deposit must be placed by card (not cash or ID) to ensure a smooth and quick departure. This allows us to release the deposit automatically without requiring a manual room inspection at the time of check-out.

We follow the cancellation policy of the platform you booked through. If you booked directly on our website, our policy applies:

• Free cancellations are available during the “free cancellation” period.
• Non-refundable bookings, offered at discounted rates, cannot be refunded if canceled.
• Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Yes, we require a security deposit of 400 Thai Baht to cover any potential damages.

• We prefer using credit/debit card, we place a temporary hold on the amount, which is released by the bank within 7 days after checkout.
• If the guest does not have a card, we accept a cash deposit.
• If neither credit card nor cash is available, the guest must leave a valid ID (driver’s license or passport), which will be returned upon checkout.

Guests who fail to comply with our security deposit policy may be denied entry to the property.

For the guest’s convenience, a card hold allows us to expedite the checkout process.

In cases of early check-out before reception hours, it eliminates the need for a manual room inspection at that moment, which can take 15-20 minutes. This makes the process smoother and more convenient for both the guest and our staff.

Lower beds are in high demand and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. While we can’t guarantee a lower bed before your arrival, we’ll do our best to accommodate your preference if it’s available in your booked room type.

We offer luggage storage for our registered guests, whether you’re:

• Waiting for check-in after arriving early
• Leaving luggage after checkout for same-day pickup

Storage is free during your stay. However, if you leave luggage overnight:

• Cabin bags: 100 THB/day
• Check-in bags: 150 THB/day

Please note, we don’t store oversized luggage. Let us know if you need assistance!

We’re conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from Phuket Airport! Alternatively, you can book a Grab for a quick 4-minute ride. Please note that we do not offer an airport shuttle service.

With 8 access points across the hostel, you’ll have excellent coverage. Many of our guests, including digital nomads and remote workers, have praised our fast and dependable internet.

• Shoes: Leave your shoes at the reception and grab slippers before heading upstairs.
• Cleanliness: Help us keep shared spaces tidy for everyone’s comfort.
• Outside Visitors: Unregistered visitors are not allowed in guest rooms area.

Room Etiquette is in place to aim for your and other guests comfort:

• Fines Apply: Smoking, Dorian, Mangosteen, and drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Respect Lights Out: Keep noise low and make calls outside after 10 PM.
• Stay Tidy: Keep your space organized and leave garbage in the bin.
• Pack Early: Prepare bags the night before to avoid disturbing others.
• Shower Daily: Maintain personal hygiene for everyone’s comfort.
• No Food in Rooms: Use designated eating areas on rooftop.
• Skip Snooze: Don’t let alarms ring persistently.
• Return Quietly: Be considerate when returning late.
• Mind Your Snoring: Book a private room if you snore loudly.
• Dress Privately: Change in the bathroom or private areas.

Guests who fail to comply with the house rules or room etiquette risk having their reservation cancelled without a refund and may be asked to leave the hostel immediately.
